Integrating WP to website…. file missing error

I have tried for the past couple of days to display my wordpress blog post feed on my website.
but when i use this line:
<?php
require(‘/the/path/to/your/wp-blog-header.php’);
?>

It shows on the browser:
The file translation_entry.php could not be found.

help

my site is also in php
