Daemon run ended too early

I am using Premium on 30 sites and only one of them is having a problem sending. I used the premium support on the MailPoet website and I have someone insisting 3 emails later that my wp-config has the wrong SQL credentials. You can clearly see the website is loading, which means the support person is not qualified or they are having fun at my expense. I’m pretty sure I’m not crazy to think WordPress won’t load without correct DB credentials. Can someone please help me diagnose this issue. Hosted on a Google Cloud VM.
