Sorry to hear you are having this issue, the ReCaptcha and the honeypot will help but they are not bulletproof solutions.

Could you please try:

– Connect your site using Cloudflare in case not using it yet, it has a free plan and you can enable the bot protection.
– Use WPMU DEV Defender: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/defender-security/ > Security headers + Bot protection in case not using Cloudflare: https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/defender/#user-agent-banning

As for “Banning word” we don’t have this feature but you may want to give a try on https://gist.github.com/wpmudev-sls/02eff5cf209f3f8b46c10d99b250ea6d it can be installed as mu-plugin: https://wpmudev.com/docs/using-wordpress/installing-wordpress-plugins/#installing-mu-plugins

Another solution is the Antispam plugin, we integrate with Akismet https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#polls-security and Clean Talk https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#cleantalk-anti-spam
