I got an error after caching plugin

I activated the WP Optimize plugin as a cache plugin, compressed the css, js and image files and created a cache from the links. I wish I hadn’t installed it. When I made a design change in the Elementor editor on my site and pressed the publish button, it gave me a 501 internal server error. Since I couldn’t fix it, I had to reset and reload the entire site and database.

Now I’m afraid to install a cache plugin and compress the files to create a cache. Maybe WP Optimize 3.4.2 plugin is incompatible with Elementor, I don’t know. Does anyone have any recommendations? Thank you.
