I am using a picture to display my brand name DoubleMelodies. At editing mode of webpage, first line of the page is the title. Since I have the picture, I decided to leave the page first line be blank. But this is causing the page record becomes “no title”. Is it a mandatory for a webpage to have the first line filled up by something and it becomes the page record name? Now, even I leave the first line blank, this line could not be removed. Preview is showing spaces before my picture, which is not nice. Kindly advise. Thank you.

    • you can install plugin to hide title on pages.
    • check right side and n the editor page, if your theme already has this feature to hide page title.

Hello Jatin B. Thank you for your kind reply. May I know what is the plugin name?

Hi, most themes already have this option integrated within the theme settings. Navigate to the left-hand side menu and select Appearance > Customize. If your theme includes a Header Builder, look for the Site Title section and then locate the Site Title Visibility option. If that doesn’t help, the following article is very detailed one and will give you several other options: https://eu.siteground.com/kb/hide-page-titles-in-wordpress/#:~:text=Navigate%20to%20Appearance%20%3E%20Customize.,option%20to%20Hide%20Page%20Title.

Thank you, Mila & Jatin B.

I installed the Plugin named Title Remover. Comes to the editing page, I just need to tick the option( which located at bottom right side ) to hide the title, it solves my problem. Really appreciate both of your help.
