Can you please share a screenshot of what you see when you click on edit next to flat rate?
If you can also share a screenshot of the checkout page with the issue, that would be great. Please remove any sensitive information from it.

I see you have a shipping classe, do all the products you added to the cart have this shipping class?
Have you added a cost for “no shipping class”?To confirm, have you tried other addresses? If so, did the issue persisted?
I see it seems you added all states on the shipping zone. Have you tried adding US without specifying the states to see if it works?
The reason I’m asking is to try out some options so we can find out what is wrong ??

Can you also please go to WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Shipping Settings and enable debug mode?
Then please try to trigger the issue again. It should show the shipping zone being used.

This public forum is the best place to get assistance on any issues related to WooCommerce. Therefore, we are unable to share any link that you can use to contact us privately.
I have already enabled debug. When an item is added to the cart it says found matching shipping method. Then on the cart page and checkout page it says no available shipping.
As a next step, could you kindly try deactivating all active plugins in your store leaving only WooCommerce as the active plugin then check if you’re able to replicate the same issue when checking out? The reason why I’m recommending this is that, you’ll be able to eliminate any possible conflicts between WooCommerce and any other plugin/theme in your setup.

As for deactivating all plugins and leaving WooCommerce as the active plugin, we recommend using staging sites to avoid messing with your live store. You can find the steps to create a staging site from this guide.

Ok. I did that, even switched themes to 2024 and downloaded the current version of woocommerce for a double check in file changes and still no luck.

Let’s run some more tests to see if the issue persists:
- Please remove all shipping zones you have
- Then add one again and add only US as the country, but do not add the states
- On the shipping class and no shipping class price, please use only a number instead of the formula
- Now please check if the issue persists by adding products with the shipping class and also another test with products without any shipping class
The reason I’m asking is that since everything seems to be set up correctly, I want to be thorough and check everything that might be causing the issue.
