    The plug-in works fine on my computer, but doesn’t display on my mobile device. Any advice would be helpful. Thank you in advance.

    We apologize for the inconvenience.

    We noticed that the gallery class on your website is a custom class instead of WooCommerce standard gallery class. To fix this issue follow the below steps.

    • Refer to the plugin settings – Product page tab.
    • Set the “Product Image Container CSS Selector” field to the “.wcgs-woocommerce-product-gallery”. It is your product image gallery container CSS selector.
    • Save changes and try again.
