    Hello,

    I have trouble with automatic order emails from WooCommerce that’s not being sent. If I manually sends an mail from admin it shows in the log but not tha standard order email that usually comes when a new order is made. I’ve tried to seach to see if anyone else have had this problem but can’t find anything.

    How come the email don’t even show in the log?

    Are the WooCommerce email not being sent?

    Which logs are you referring to(Post SMTP email logs or Email server logs)?

    Are the Post SMTP test mails going through and logging(both in Post SMTP logs & Email server logs)?

    If the issue you are experiencing is site specific we would suggest you to open a?support ticket?with us and we can have this issue resolved for you.
