Simple, Functional = perfection

I give this 5 stars because it accomplished a few things. first I needed a way to communicate with users on my site, it does that. I did not need a powerhouse app with analytics etc… etc…, I just need to talk to folks. Secondly, when you install the plugin, with a few configuration settings, it works. It was simple and it actually works and I don’t have to troubleshoot every plugin I own just to get it to function. Last but not least, they follow up with email and even chat. So they eat the food they cook in the kitchen, well how about that. Not much I have to say. It’s pretty clean, the interface is simple to use, at least for me. Appreciate y’all.
