    Hello,

When I install and open the dashboard, the dashboard briefly opens and I can see a small bit of the dash before it disappears and I see the spinning wheel.

I have deactivated and deleted the plugin multiple times and same issue is present. I have cleared cache and also tried a different browser and same issue is present.

I have tested on MacBook Safari and Chrome browsers.

I cannot delete the plugin now because it has a dependency on other plugins which I choose at time of the last install.

I would like to add screenshots but I do not see an option.

    Thanks,

    Trevor

    Hi @trevorwalshart

Thank you for reaching out to us about this issue in such detail and for sharing the proactive troubleshooting steps you’ve taken so far.

Can you please try this with the latest <span style=”box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;”>WooCommerce updat</span>e? When testing, please check your?browser’s console?for?errors (learn more here) and let us know if you find anything unusual.

Please also share with us any Google for WooCommerce or Fatal error logs?you may find under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.

If we can’t find anything unusual there that points us in the right direction, I’d suggest running a conflict test. That is using a default theme (like Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Four), deactivating every other plugin except WooCommerce and Google for WooCommerce, and trying again. If it works, then you can start enabling the other plugins until the problem arises again so that you will have found the culprit.

You can use https://snipboard.io/ to share screenshots in the forums easily. This will also help better illustrate the issue you’re facing!

    Thanks!

Any chance you know what this means and how to fix it?
