All our images are missing in media library

    Hi, on the front end I can seen the images on the website, they still use the optimole URL, though are now a little blurry.

    I had them in the cloud only. I tried to sync them back into the media library. Now the image thumbnails are broken, the URL for the image points back to the wordpress filename in the media info, but it says the image does not exist in the library.

    I need the images to SYNC back into my websites media library.

    Thank you for using Optimole and for reaching out!

    I’ve checked your site, and it seems the images appear blurry because the auto-quality option is disabled and the quality value is set to 1. To improve this, please adjust the value to between 80-100 or simply re-enable the Auto feature.

    Here’s an example URL where you can see the quality parameter (q:1) that’s currently set to the lowest level:

    Regarding the broken images on the Optimole cloud, this could be related to an issue at your server level. Please try checking the images via your cPanel or file manager to see if they’ve been rolled back to your site. You can also retry the rollback process—any remaining images should be restored this time.

    I am trying to deactivate the tool. For the last year this plugin has consistently broken my websites and I’ve lost images causing me hours of frustration.

    The problem isn’t that they are broken in the cloud. I tried to sync the images back FROM the cloud TO the website and the images are not syncing back into my websites media library and produces a broken thumbnail and says the image is not there IN MY WORDPRESS MEDIA LIBRARY.

    When i look at the inspect took and the URL the imgs are coming from they are still coming from Optimoles Cloud with the Optimole URL but the Images in my wordpress media library itself are now broken and missing.

    This has happened more than once.
