Hello. I use the Jetpack Eventbrite Checkout block for workshop registration on my website. I’ve never had an issue with it until a few days ago. The block is there when I go to edit my page, however it’s not visible on my website.

I’ve tried various devices and different browsers.

I’ve also tried the Custom HTML block. Same thing: the code is there when I edit but is not visible on my website.

As a less than ideal solution, I’ve added a button to take registrants to Eventbrite. I’d prefer the embedded checkout on my website.

This missing checkout on my website started 3 days ago. Anyone else experiencing this? Have you found a solution. Thank you.

Hello there! There might be a chance that your theme or one of your plugins is conflicting, and you may need to troubleshoot using the health check plugin:

With this plugin, you can troubleshoot the live site without disturbing the site for visitors. Here is how to enable troubleshooting mode in the health check plugin:

    After enabling troubleshooting mode:

    • Please make sure only the Jetpack plugin is active, and other plugins are deactivated.
    • Please make sure to install a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty-Four: https://www.ads-software.com/themes/twentytwentyfour, so that the Health Check plugin (mentioned above) can switch to the Twenty Twenty-Four theme while troubleshooting.

After all these processes, please check if the Eventbrite is working on frontend?

If the issue is not there then you will need to activate plugins one by one, and in case you switched to a different theme while troubleshooting, you will also need to activate your original theme to check if your theme or any plugin is causing the issue.

Let us know how it went, and if you have any more questions or come across any other issue, we’ll be happy to help.

If the above step doesn’t help, we can try to reproduce the issue. For that could you please send us the Eventbrite URL that you use to embed it? If you want it to remain private, you can also contact us via this contact form. If you choose to reach out directly, please include a link to this thread.
