All pictures are in root (uploads)

Hi,

from developer before all pictures from products, posts, pages are in root directory (wp-content/uploads) so there is not date (year/month) also option for that type of sorting is disabled via Media Settings -> Organize my uploads into month- and year-based folders

my questions is if someone knows is there any plugin or maybe integrated option in wordpress to sort all those image without loosing url (connections) from products / pages / posts ( it really help me ) because folds is really big and start work very slowly
