Meteor Slides and WordPress SEO

There seem to be some sort of conflict between WordPress SEO and Meteor Slides. When the SEO plugin is active it’s not possible to change the options in the Publish panel, like publish date. This only happens with the Meteor slides, not with other custom post types.
Any ideas?
