    Hi all.

    Duplicator Version 1.5.10.2

    I have been running Duplicator long time, for website migration as well as using the packages, installer and .daf, as backup packages.

    For huge website I have to create and download 2 parts
    Files download;
    installer.php
    file.zip
    file_archive.daf.

    It worked seamlessly for me in the past. Unfortunately I haven’t run it for prolonged time, forgetting the steps.

    I can create installer.php and file_archive.dat which is the database but I forgot how to create file.zip/website.zip

    PlRegards

    Hello @satimis,

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    I think you need to migrate your website using the two-part installation method.

    To migrate your website using the two-part installation method, please follow the instructions in this guide to migrate your website:

    I hope this helps.

    Hi@mohammedeisa,

    Thanks for your advice and link.

    “Two-part” installation, I have done a lot in the past using cPanel method without problem. Sorry I forgot the steps and unfortunately I couldn’t find the file created by me with all steps listed, in my database.

    Now performed following steps;

    1. login cPanel
    2. start File Manager
    3. Whether search the name of the website to be copied ?
      (here it is under “public_html’)
      and select it
    4. right-click and select “compress”

    Then it would create a .zip file.

    1. Download the .zip file

    Please advise. Thanks

    I have no problem creating the database file and installer file.

    Regards
