Since the last updates 13.3.5 | 13.3.5.1 | 13.3.5.2, the site was slow and consuming a lot of resources. The feed gets stuck at +/- at 6%. It doesn’t even work in version 13.3.4 anymore.
You’ve been doing a good job, I’ve been using your plugin almost since the beginning, but this latest update has been a nightmare.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hey @markarim thanks for the message. Can you check your php error log for me and see if there’s anything for us to investigate?

Are you using any particular caching plugin?

If possible can you also try flushing your permalinks, Settings->Permalinks, hit save. Then clear any caching plugins you have on.
Let me know if this helps.

I have the same problem, I can’t refresh any feed, they all stop at 50% and are constantly suspended. (processing (50%)). There’s no stopping them.
    I cleared cache and permalinks.

Hi @markarim please ensure you are on the latest version 13.3.5.2 in this version. The line from your log there is from 13.3.5.1, the bug has already been patched. Let me know how you go.

If it’s still occurring in 13.3.5.2 can you tell me more about your feed. Specifically country and channel. Thanks!

Yes, it’s still the same. I even uninstalled and reinstalled again.
The sites I work on are for Portugal, Google Shopping and DSA.

Hi @markarim It’s possible the feed itself is corrupt. Is there any chance you would be able to test creating a new feed with the same parameters and see if that will generate ok?

Otherwise, I’d love to invite you to write in support [at] adtribes.io so we could take a closer look.

Hi everyone, my problem is similar, I even created a new feed following Josh’s tip, but mine also doesn’t exceed 11%, neither the old one nor when creating a new one, I was worried if it was a specific problem on my website
