    Hi, I used to be able to see the whole list of subscribers including the “Mail Sent”. Now I only see “Subscribed”. So the list “All” has the same number of subscribers as “Subscribed” since it’s the only ones I can see.
    Is this a change that I missed? I honestly don’t know when this happened but it was before the lastest version update 5.4.2. You can see a screenshot in the link.

    We noticed from your screenshot that both the “All” and “Subscribed” lists show a count of 12 subscribers. The “All” list is intended to include subscribers with various statuses, such as “Subscribed,” “Mail Sent,” and potentially others.

    Regarding your query about the ‘Mail Sent’ status not appearing, we’d like to clarify that this status will only show up if there are subscribers with that specific status. If it’s not visible, it may be because there are currently no subscribers with the “Mail Sent” status.

    To investigate further, please check your “All Subscribers” list by navigating to Admin Dashboard -> Instock Notifier -> All Subscribers. This will help you determine if any subscribers have the “Mail Sent” status.

    Hello, sorry for the long delay.

    I had many subscribers?who were already sent the emails and they don’t show up anymore. I’ve been using this plugin for a long?time, and this started happening recently.?
    After I sent you?the screenshot I had to send a couple of emails manually, and for a short?time I had the “Mail Sent” list, but as soon as I moved away from that screen, the “Mail Sent” list disappeared again. I should also have some “Unsubscribed” and that list is not showing either.?

    Here are some additional screenshots so you can see what happens.

    Right after sending it, it stays on the list as “Mail Sent” for a little while. See the 2 screenshots below:

    But then, when I navigate away from the list, it goes back to only showing the Subscribes customers, it won’t show anymore the “Mail Sent”

    Hello there,

    Ensure that the option ‘Enable Auto Delete’ (Admin Dashboard > Instock Notifier > Settings > Auto Delete Settings > Enable Auto Delete) is disabled.

    If this option is enabled, it will automatically delete entries after 7 days for subscribers with the statuses ‘MAIL SENT,’ ‘UNSUBSCRIBED,’ and ‘PURCHASED.'”

    Ok, I changed that setting. I assume that was set as a default in a recent update? My lists were never deleted before.
    I can’t test it right now, but I will keep an eye on it because it was deleting the list immediately, as soon as I click back to the list of subscribers, it deletes the “Mail Sent” list.

    We would like to clarify that the ‘Enable Auto Delete’ option is not enabled by default in recent updates. By default, it is disabled to prevent automatic deletion of entries, thus allowing full control over when and what to delete. This feature must be manually enabled if needed.
