Add new settings scale watermark horizontal vertical image

Additional configuration is needed . 1 Set the percentage of watermark size for the horizontal image. 2 Set the percentage of watermark size for the vertical image.a simple example, sometimes it is possible for the watermark on the vertical image to occupy more than 40%, since the watermark is not always visible on vertical thumbnails. but for horizontal images, when creating thumbnails, 20% of the watermark is enough so that the watermark additional adjustment scale horizontal vertical image is noticeable on the thumbnail.
when you upload horizontal images, you have to go in to set up 20%, then you load vertical images, you already have to go in and set 45%, and so on, it takes a lot of time
