    Hi!,

I’m trying this plugin and I have some questions. My website is a ticket shop. Recently, a new client asked me to use a Pixel. The process is as follows: he gives me his Pixel and I have to put it on his product, so that he can track his event, (but one Pixel for each product).

    1. Can I put a Pixel only for a specific product? Which checks the Woocommerce events (add_to_chart, purchase, …) but only for that specific event? (each Pixel will only see its own)

On my website, I have a client who has asked me for this for two different events, and I don’t know if your plugin (paid version) allows me to do it, since it seems that the free version doesn’t.

I attach a link with 2 products, each Pixel I only want to be activated within each of those events, each one in its assigned event.

    Hi Virus5fx,

Thank you for reaching out with your question.

Yes, you can achieve this using our plugin. In the paid version, you can use the “Exclude Pages” option from the “Add Pixel” modal to prevent the pixel from firing on product pages where it’s not needed. This way, each Pixel will only track WooCommerce events (like add_to_cart, purchase, etc.) for its specific assigned product.

You can set up each Pixel for its respective product and then exclude all other pages where you don’t want that particular Pixel to fire.

If you need any further assistance with setting this up, feel free to ask.

    All the best.

Thank you very much for answering, your answer has helped me a lot.

I have a new question about this, in this case, could I exclude “All pages” except for my product page, or by contrast, would I have to exclude all the pages in the store one by one?

As a suggestion, do the reverse of this, that is, instead of excluding pages, add only the specific page for that Pixel.

    Thanks!

    Hi Virus5fx,

Thank you for your follow-up question.

To clarify, you would need to exclude each page individually. If you excluded all pages, your product pages would be included in that exclusion.

Unfortunately, there isn’t an option to include only specific pages for the pixel to track—only the ability to exclude pages. I’ll pass along your suggestion about reversing the process, so you can add specific pages instead of excluding them. We’re always looking for ways to improve our plugin, and your input helps.

If you need any further assistance or have more questions, feel free to reach out.

    All the best.
