    Since a few days jetpacks keeps disconnecting (message: signature mismatch) and the WooCommerce app on our phone is not loading anymore. There has nothing changed at the side of our hosting company so we don’t know where the problem is.

    Hi there, @bernaertsmusic,

    When we tested the Jetpack Connection to your site, we saw a 401 error. You can read more about the error here.

    To address this, I’d suggest checking if you have any security plugins activated that might be blocking our requests. If not, try contacting your hosting provider and asking them to check their security logs to see if they are blocking or otherwise limiting incoming and outgoing connections over XML-RPC.

    I’d also double-check that our IP range?is fully allow listed as this may sometimes cause the error you reported.

    Once the above are all addressed, try cycling the Jetpack connection by deactivating It in your wp-admin dashboard at Plugins > Installed Plugins, reactivating it, and connecting to WordPress.com again. More info on how to do that can be found here.
