Tags not showing on archive pages

So, as I understand, labels are showing on your product page but not on shop pages. Is that correct?

Please tell me the name of your current WordPress theme. Also – are you using any page builder plugin to customize your shop pages?

Theme is Refined and I am using the default shop page, no builder.
