    Good day!

    Since the last update, the price output as CSV no longer works.
    For example, if I have the price 123.45, 123 is output in one column and 45 in the next.
    As a result, everything that follows is shifted by one column.

  • I got similar issue, the product descriptions are output into two or more columns, so the CSV is totally messed up. The plugin version is 13.3.5.3?.

    Hello @gerhardst17 and @cyongl,

    Thanks for reporting the issue. We have duly noted and forwarded them to our development team to fix the issue. In the meantime, I would suggest you rollback to the previous version (13.3.4) to keep generating feeds correctly.

    Cheers!

    Hi @gerhardst17 @cyongl, seems you might be on 13.3.5.3.

    If you could please retest this on 13.3.6 and let us know how you go. Thanks!

    @jkohlbach , Hello, actually, I already tried 13.3.6.

    1. At 13.3.5, some products’ descriptions are separated into multiple columns, however, there are still some products’ info in the feed are correctly match to the headers, that means, Google Merchant Center can still read and verify these products.
    2. At 13.3.6, the all product’s descriptions are separated in multiple columns and ROWS, it is totally a MESS, it is not readable by Google. For example, I have 400 products added to the feed, the feed files have over 10K rows.

    Unfortunately I can’t test older versions because our provider has updated the plugin for security reasons and of course doesn’t want to go back.

    I have the impression that the comma is responsible for moving the rest to the next column. But I could be wrong.
