Popup button setting “no result found”

    Hello.
    I’m trying to add a button on a page that opens an Elementor Popup.
    It was working just fine a few weeks ago. I know it because I created another button in the footer linked to a popup that is workinkg ok.

    The problem is once I get to button setting (Dynamics / Actions – Popup / Settings – Action Open Popup ) and I have to select the Popup file.
    The new popup “page” is published and configured to show in the entire website but the selector only gets “not results found” no matter what I write there.
    Even on the footer, If I tried to edit the button that is working ok it will not show the popup that is selected right now.

    Any idea how can I fix this?

    Thank you for contacting us.

    The issue might be a conflict with your theme or plugins, Please follow the steps below and let me know if it solved your issue:

    – Deactivate all of your plugins except Elementor. If this solves the problem, gradually activate your plugins one by one, until you spot the problematic plugin.

    – Switch your WordPress theme to Hello Elementor (or another default WordPress theme) temporarily and see if it solves your error.
