    Hello,

Ever since the 3.4.3 update, this plugin has become unusable for me.

I manage 3 websites: the first one where I updated the plugin became completely unusable, and I had to log into the server and remove the plugin directly, everything was down.

I refused to update one the other 2 websites, until a third party updated it without my control – and that website also broke. Not as badly, but several front end features stopped working and I had to remove the plugin.

The 3rd website has remained on 3.4.0 and continues to work completely fine.

Is there a way I can roll back to 3.4.0 on the other websites? Or get the file another way? It’s a shame because this was a fantastic plugin (thank you so much for your work) and to just be unable to use it is a real detriment, I have not been able to find a suitable replacement.

    Thank you

    Hi @johnlvieira ,

Yes, you can go to advanced tab of the plugin https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-meteor/advanced/ and select 3.4.0 download.

Would you mind sharing your sites URLs so I can figure out the problem and hopefully fix it?

    Best,
    Alex

    Hi Alex,

Thank you so much for your quick response, that’s fantastic to know, and I will keep that in mind.

I will update the plugin on one of our websites: https://www.konverge.com and you’ll hopefully be able to see some of the issues (check around the nav bar, and all buttons break) – the other website I can’t share because updating the plugin completely takes it down, so not much help there. I’ll have to roll it back soon since the site is live.

However this absolutely fixes my issue. I’ll keep an eye out on future updates.

    Thank you,

    John

I’m looking into that right now, I was able to reproduce it on your site

I’ve just released 3.4.5, can you please check if it works for you. My tests show that it works for your site

    Hi Alex,

Yes, 3.4.5 fixed the issue. I will test it the other website that went completely down early next week, and let you know if there was an improvement there.

Thank you so much for your help, and your quick response.

    Have an excellent weekend!
