• WPForms works, so let’s get that out of the way. Though a bit clunky at first, once you’re familiarized with it, it’s pretty easy to use.

    The issue at hand is that even their most basic package maybe has too many features, much more than most websites need when their just looking to put a form or two in. That, in and of itself, isn’t a bad thing. But at $99 per year, it adds up to a lot of cash spent on stuff many small websites don’t need and will never use.

    Although I’ve cancelled my subscription, I would’ve granted them at least 3-4 stars because, again, it does work. But I knocked some off because the cancellation process is needlessly long, having to confirm your cancellation through seven different retention screens, including two that require additional actions besides scrolling down to find the cancellation button again (one of which requires a written response).
