WPCA menu (horizontal)

Hi, since uknown time, I have some issue with horizontal WPCA menu under Dashboard – links to My Pages, My Files are not working – when I hover it, there is no url … Only for Dashboard. When hovering, there is only chnage with # in the end of url ->

https://www.xxxx/klientska-sekce/nastenka/

https://www.xxxx/klientska-sekce/nastenka/# (instead of e.g. https://www.xxx.cz/klientska-sekce/nastenka/my-files

When I add the menu items to main navigation menu, it works fine.

I dont know it this is issue due incompatibility with other plugins, or with WP core (6.6.1, PHP 7.4.33)
I reset Menu and Pages as well, but no change.

Is it possible to reinstall plugin without loss of data?
