Issue solved – reminder mail missing due to a tech issue

As described, we were not getting any renewal notice for a former W3TC subscription. As it turned out the subscription renewal reminder was missing due to a technical issue. W3TC has solved the issue an initiated a full refund. Therefore, I withdraw my earlier comment.
