Survey option missing

    My option for “Surveys” is missing from the dashboard. I did an install of the free version and “Surveys” appears. When I replace it with the pro version it disappears.

    Thank you for the topic.

    Please make sure you are following the steps to upgrade from the free version to the Pro version correctly.
    You can find all the info in our Update Guide: https://ays-pro.com/how-to-update-upgrade-ays-pro-plugins
    You can make a DB Backup for your safety (you can use UpdraftPlus).

    Also, if you are using a Cache plugin, please clear all the caches and check the case with different browsers or an Incognito Mode.
