    I am getting the following error in WP Statistics. “The wp-statistics-post-summary plugin encountered an error and cannot be rendered.” As a result, the Daily Traffic Trend graphs and numbers are not displayed.
    Please tell me the cause and countermeasures.

    Additionally, if WordPress debugging is enabled, please take a look at the debug.log file, which can be found in the wp-content folder, and provide the relevant error messages you find.

    Unfortunately, we were unable to reproduce your issue. However, based on our investigations, we suspect that the problem may be related to your site’s caching plugin. Please try clearing the cache of your site and your browser completely, and check if the issue is resolved

    If the problem persists, please check the console errors again, and try testing in another browser without any active extensions.

    I deleted all caches and disabled the plugin “WP Fastest Cache”, but the situation remained the same and could not be improved.

    Please change the date filter in the top right corner for the Daily Traffic Trend widget and test with different dates to see if any statistics are displayed.

    While checking, open the developer tools in your browser, then go to the Network tab to monitor the request being sent and check its status and response.

    Also, please click on the “Daily Traffic Trend Report” link and check what statistics the chart shows for different dates on the new page.

    Additionally, let us know if your issue is only related to this chart or if there are problems in other sections as well.

    Just echoing this report; a red error banner (below) appeared at the top of editing views in the last couple weeks. When signed in as admin, the Super Cache and Autooptimize CSS/JS plugins shouldn’t use their caches, but I can test at some point.

    “The “wp-statistics-post-summary” plugin has encountered an error and cannot be rendered.”
    The error is
    Upgraded from “WP Statistics” 14.10 to “WP Statistics” 14.10.1,
    The issue was resolved by upgrading from “WP 6.5.5” to “WP 6.6.2”.

    However, I still cannot display the graph.

    Since graphs etc. are displayed without any problem in “Slimstat Analytics”,
    I think it is a problem with “WP Statistics”.

    I would like to try other plugins such as “ExactMetrics” and “Google Analytics by MonsterInsights”.

    If the problem with “WP Statistics” persists, I plan to switch to the other plugins I tried that seemed most effective.

    I have been experiencing the same problem for the past couple of weeks. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the statistics plug-in, but it made no difference. I’ve now installed “Burst” plug-in, which seems to be working OK.

    I’m a volunteer website manager with no technical background so I just don’t understand what is going on or the technical side of the information referred to in the original string of posts on this subject.

    We have identified an incompatibility between WP Statistics v14.10.1 and WordPress v6.5.5. Our development team is actively working on a resolution, which we plan to include in an upcoming release.

    In the meantime, we recommend ensuring that WordPress and all plugins remain up to date, as updating WordPress will resolve this issue.

    Additionally, if you prefer not to update WordPress right away, you can temporarily resolve the issue by disabling the “View Stats in Editor” option. To do this, navigate to Statistics > Settings > Display Options. This will prevent the error from displaying until we release a complete fix in the next minor update.
