Page not displaying correctly on mobile

    i have added an exclusion in the settings to this page https://www.oshi.org.uk/oshi-referral-form/ as oshi-referral-form and even tried turning off cache for mobile completely however the page will only display correctly for a few page reloads after clearing the cache. Then the form on the page wont display at all on mobile devices.

    I hope you are keeping well and thank you for reaching out to us.

    I was unable to replicate the mentioned issue at my end. The form on the mentioned page is loading fine even after a lot of page refresh when I checked at my end. I checked the issue using Chrome and Safari web browsers on an iPhone 13.

    Could you please let us know the device and browser with which you noticed the issue so that we can try to replicate the same at our end?
