I’m unsure if the “live chat” title is a mistake, but just to clarify some things for everyone who might be reading this review. We have not offered and currently still do not offer live chat support, nor live chat features (as in WordPress plugins), though all plugins with chat features function well with OceanWP. On the other hand, I may have gotten this completely wrong, so if you do have any questions regarding features, feel free to start a thread on the forum.
Yesterday we launched a new version, so we sincerely hope you’ll be satisfied with the new improvements. Of course, once you test, backup and decide to update, since this is a core theme update we have been announcing for 2 months now. In case you do encounter problems in the testing phase, you would really help us a lot by sharing all details (system info, steps to replicate) on the forum.
