Registration Form won’t load; Bluehost can’t help

EMERGENCY, PLEASE HELP IF YOU CAN. I’m a Firefighter, and Krav Maga Instructor, not a computer expert, but we lost our webmaster years ago and I’ve been managing the site as best I can. Last night it crashed. Bluehost ran troubleshooting all morning, and the site it “up”, but with a warning on the top of each page (not my biggest problem): “Notice: Function add_theme_support( ‘html5’ ) was called incorrectly. You need to pass an array of types. Please see Debugging in WordPress for more information. (This message was added in version 3.6.1.) in /home3/kravmai1/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 6085“. I don’t care so much about this, but I’m scheduled to open registration for a new session today, and I have a real big problem: the registration form won’t load! I use CP Contact Form with PayPal. Bluehost tole me that I “need to contact your theme: Layers, and tell them to update their theme, and contact WooCommerce and have them update the plugin”. This is like speaking a foreign language to me. Bluehost sent me an email with links to Layers, and WooCommerce. The Layers link goes to a company called Elementor, which seems to be a website building company. There is no “contact us” link. I clicked through the WooCommerce site, logged in with my old info I still had, and here I am. In my dashboard, on the top of the WooCommerce page, under system status, it says, “WooCommerce installed and activated?the Legacy REST API plugin?because this site has?the Legacy REST API enabled?or has?legacy webhooks defined.?More information“. I have no idea what that means.
