Mobile and Tablet views in the WP editor not working with SEOPress active

    In the WordPress block editor, if I toggle to tablet or mobile view, the page content all disappears if I have SEOPress active. I noticed this on my site using Astra and SEOPress v.8.0.1. I then updated SEOPress to v8.1.1 but the issue still persists. I then tested on a brand new site (through TasteWP) with only the Twenty Twenty-Three theme and SEOPress installed and get the same issue.

    The latest version of WordPress (6.6.X) has included a regression related to the mobile / tablet view. The metaboxes hide the post content.

    We have provided a quick fix here: https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/issues/63708

    Many users are affected, not only with SEOPress, and the patch should be included in version 6.6.2 of WordPress.

    WP 6.6.2 should be published today. Hope the fix will be included.

    Thank you so much for such a rapid response. I’m sorry I didn’t find that report when I was searching but thank you for sharing. I shall await the update.
