having a custom post form for wordpress posts

  • I want a review website and want members to post reviews.
    for restaurant:

    When they add a new post, I would like a fields for

    Place:
    Cuisine:
    Province:
    etc

    and one for say shopping with fields od

    Sex:
    Type:
    Age range:

    Is their any plugin around for this?
