Spam Messages from a site I used to manage

  • Good Morning, I am getting notifications that an old website I used to manage, [link redacted], has been upgraded, plugin updated, etc and since I am not the admin any more, I cannot remove myself from these messages. I would like to request a feature that would allow the admin to unsubscribe from these types of messages and mark themselves as not the admin anymore.

    Oh, I’d love that, too. I get a bunch of those messages from sites from former clients who won’t pay for maintenance, won’t respond to emails asking them to change the admin, and apparently are minimally aware they have websites. [SIGH]

    However, I doubt that that this could be done securely and without the permission of the actual site owner.
