    Hello,

With previous export and import everything was working fine and now fields are not automatically match: https://prnt.sc/YPrK0p0mr7Cx Can you please check? WC is updated on site from where I export products and also on site where I import products. I also delete wc transients and expired transients.

  • Hey there, @alchan2! Thanks for contacting us. I’m happy to help you.

Can you please share the CSV file so we can take a look?

Did you make any changes to the file after exporting it? If so, can you share details on how you did it?

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Have a wonderful day!

You can share the CSV file file using https://quickforget.com/. Please make sure to allow enough time so that we can see it before it expires ??.

    Thanks!

    Hi @alchan2,

I tried checking out the link, but unfortunately, it had already forgotten the secret. Could you please set it to a longer period to allow one of us access it for further investigations?

    Thank you for understanding.

    Hi @alchan2,

In order for the columns to map automatically to every field you must follow the default WooCommerce Product CSV Importer Schema. You can find it here: https://woocommerce.com/document/product-csv-importer-exporter/#product-csv-import-schema.

Now the curious thing here is that I understand this file was generated from an export, correct? I tried uploading this file to my site but of course it didn’t work, I’m assuming because of the site language being different. I also saw your CSV includes a lot of custom meta fields columns.

Can you tell me which language you’re using? I’d like to set up my site in that language and try the import again or change the headers to the?English version?to see if it works that way. If it still doesn’t map the columns automatically, a third-party plugin may probably be interferring with your setup. We’ll know more after testing!

    Thanks!

    Hello,

language is Croatian. I follow default export like before: https://prnt.sc/NpMdGQwm3Czv On Slovenian language was working fine.

Like Slovenian and now Croatian import was from site where is Polylang translation plugin and I export categories which is for desired language and then import to single site of multisite where Croatian and Slovenian language is separated.

    Best regards,
    Alen

    Hello,

Is there any new information about this? We need to import products. I tried manually mapping the product fields, but it was unsuccessful (the import worked, but no products appeared). I don’t want to mess up the database.

    Thanks for help,

    Hi @alchan2

The import process might have an issue due to the different languages involved. The CSV importer is designed to work best with the default WooCommerce Product CSV Importer Schema, and any variations from this schema could potentially cause issues.

In your case, the process might be complicated because you are using the Polylang translation plugin and exporting categories for a specific language. It’s also possible that the import was not successful because the site language did not match the language of the CSV file.

To resolve this, you might need to try changing the site language to match the language of the CSV file before starting the import process. If this doesn’t work, you could also try disabling any third-party plugins that might interfere with the import process.

I hope this helps. Please let me know if you have any other questions.

    Hello,

you can close this ticket. Even if languages was the same result was not ok. I solved this with other plugin.
