Newsletter Subscription Pop-up Form Not Recording Entries

    Hello, we have a Popup Builder pop-up on our clients’ site with a mailing list signup form. It is not recording entries; I tested it myself and nothing was added to subscribers. So there’s no record of any of the entries people have made.

    This is a big problem for our clients who are a nonprofit and really need to make these contacts. Please help!
