[Plugin: uCan Post] let guests upload images and videos?

  • Hi,

    I’m not much of a coder and this plug in is exactly what i’m after but i’m having a few issues.

    1. How do I let anyone be able to upload image with a post, not just people who are registered/subscribers

    2. The icons seem very spaced out and broken above the post filed, how can they be updated to look as intended?

    Joy, what theme are you using?

    Also the image uploads are not available to guests currently but I will most likely be re-writing the uploads feature in a future release to allow for more flexibility.

    I’m using the default Twenty Ten 1.0 theme. Do you know of anything I could use to allow guests to post images? i’m putting together a tribute site and would like it to be open to anyone

    Maybe with another posting plugin but this won’t be available in uCan Post for ate least a month or so. These plugins are a hobby so they are unfortunately forced to the bottom of the priorities list.

    I love ucan post, it was the successful end to a long search for the right posting plugin. I need to be able to let guests submit content on my site. I set the level required to post in the ucan post options area to “guest.” For some reason, guests still cannot post. I am running the theme inuit. Am I doing something wrong?

    Ok, so it has suddenly begun to work so that guests can submit, however the media buttons are not there to let them upload pictures. This is very important to my site. Is there something I can do to allow guests to be able to upload and post media?
