• Hello!

I’m working with LifterLMS, and I noticed that on our Courses page, there’s some JavaScript that’s causing both our “Launch Course Builder” button and the “Design Library” button to not display:

    https://github.com/gocodebox/lifterlms-blocks/issues/238

I see there’s some JavaScript in the Kadence Blocks plugin that’s subscribing to something within the editor, and then re-rendering the div with class edit-post-header-toolbar when hovering over certain parts of the editor. Oddly, when Kadence Blocks, LifterLMS and Elementor are installed, the buttons are fine.

Would it be possible to modify the JavaScript to avoid the issue, or if there’s another change we could make on our end? If I’m able to find some time to dig into the non-minified JS in the Kadence Block further and I find any other details, I’ll update the thread here.

    Thanks!

    Hi, Brian!

Glad you reached out to us.

I can confirm the issue. However, the issue still happened for me even with the Elementor plugin active. Here’s a screencast – https://share.zight.com/QwuJb4L6

Could you tell me if I need to set anything from the Elementor settings/options?

I’ll escalate this to our team so it can be checked and fixed.

    Hi Karla,

    Thanks for confirming!

Regarding Elementor, it looks like Courses would need to be checked under Elementor > Settings, Post Types. Whatever Kadence is “subscribing” to in the Javascript to re-add the button doesn’t happen anymore.

Let me know if you need any other detail or there’s something the team would like us to change on our end. I’ll also let you know if I can find a workaround on our end.

    Thanks!
