    Hello,

After installing the plugin I now have two issues with the image dimensions on the site. The image carousal defaults to a much taller dimension, so that the navigation arrows are much father down the page. This resets when you scroll through all the images, but returns when the page is refreshed. The other issue is that images that are in a row are no longer the correct dimensions. For the linked page this is only visible in the mobile format, and at the bottom of the page.

    Thank you for your help!

    Hello @catkinson03,

I hope you’re doing great today!

Normally Smush should not be changing image dimensions on the page the way you’ve described.

Could you please confirm, if the images start looking properly after disabling Smush?

If that helps, please send some screenshots of the affected image sections, with Smush disabled, and enabled. Comparing the screenshots may help us to better understand what exactly might be conflicting.

Please note, that images can’t be attached directly to the forum thread, and therefore we’d suggest sharing them using Google Drive, Dropbox, or an image sharing site like Postimages.org

On the other hand, if the issue persists after disabling Smush, it’s recommended to perform a full conflict test, by temporarily disabling other plugins:
    https://wpmudev.com/docs/getting-started/getting-support/#conflict-test

I hope this helps. Looking forward too your reply!

    Best Regards,
    Dmytro

    Hello!

Thank you for getting back to me. I deactivated Smush and the issue with the carousel corrected itself. Below is a google drive link with screen shots showing what is going on.

Oh, I also followed the conflict test and the issue still remains. The only thing I was not able to check was to switch to a default wordpress theme? I didn’t have Twenty Twenty or Twenty Twenty One, but the theme is Twenty Twenty Four, which I thought was a default word press theme.

    Hello @catkinson03

Your issue might be related to a compatibility problem with your Image Carousel plugin stackable-ultimate-gutenberg-blocks and Smush lazy load, could you please try temporarily disabling smush lazy load and clearing all cache to see how it works?

If it was helpful, to fix this issue you need to exclude the carousel images from smush lazy load, please add this keyword stk-img to smush -> lazy load -> Include/Exclude -> keywords, you can find more information in this document:
    https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/smush/#exclude-keywords

Please let us know if you still have similar issues.

    Kind Regards,
    Amin
