    good morning, I’m using the FREE version of the plugin. all users in the world, except those in the country where the site works (Italy), must have restrictions.

    in the products with restriction I inserted the attribute “visible only in the country Italy”.

    if I insert the “force geolocation” flag everything works.

    if I do not insert the “force geolocation” flag, until the user logs in, the products appear with the restriction.

    by doing so, however, if there are users located in countries with restrictions, even if they use a shipping address located in Italy they cannot purchase the product subject to the restriction.

    How can I solve this problem? thanks

    Hi @gioffry ,

    If you want to apply restrictions based on the shipping country, you’ll need to disable the force geolocation option. The restrictions will only work with the shipping country.

    maybe i didn’t understand what you wrote to me. in the product sheet, i entered “product available for the selected country” = “italy”. if i uncheck “force geolocation” in the plugin settings, even if the customer connects from an italian location, if he is not logged in (i.e. he has not entered the italian address in his account), the plugin applies the restrictions. this is my problem.

    Could you please set the “Default Customer Location” to “Geolocate” in the settings? After saving, check the issue in a guest window and let me know how it works.
