    Hi ??

As you can see from the link I provided, which is related to the staging copy of a site currently online, I have an issue with the display of the Instagram feed. Since I use your plugin on other sites as well, I have seen that the HTML structure of the feed that is not displaying correctly is different from the HTML structure of the feed that displays correctly on the another site I manage (example: https://nika.it/). The plugin and settings are the same, yet it’s not working properly. Additionally, from the checks I’ve done, there don’t appear to be any CSS rules overriding those set by the plugin. Could you help me identify the problem?

    Thank you ??

    Hi Stefania,

Thank you for contacting us! I checked the feed on this page and I actually did see a couple of CSS rules from the site’s theme that may be causing an issue (especially the width rule): https://a.supportally.com/i/P1ZT3x

Could you test removing these rules or temporarily switching to one of the out-of-the-box WordPress themes to check if the feed displays correctly like this?

If that doesn’t resolve the issue, please let me know.

    Thanks!
    Louis

    Good morning,

I tried but it’s not working.

I think the problem is a bit more complex and involves JavaScript as well. For example, if you look at this site https://solidoriginal.com/ and this one https://2beautiful.com/ (of which you saw the staging version that doesn’t include the CSS changes I made to improve the appearance), you’ll notice that the drag functionality on the first site works correctly, while the drag on the second one does not. Specifically, in https://2beautiful.com/, the .owl-stage transform does not account for the actual width of .owl-item, which causes incorrect drag behavior. Moreover, if you look at this other site https://nika.it/, you’ll see that the HTML structure under #sbi_images is even different.

    Thank you

    Stefania

    Hi Stefania,

Thank you for the update! To better investigate this, we’ll need some more details about the site or access to the staging site to test if possible. Could you send us a support request through our website here so we can take a closer look?

    Best regards,
    Louis
