Bad product, worse company

  • Tried the trial for this, and it was taking exceedingly long, errors everywhere. The trial counter for how many free optimizations also experienced an error leading to saying I was out of credits after only optimizing a handful of images. I did not even get to test the effect on a single page (which is how I would determine if worth purchasing).

    Contacted support, and they told me to pay for more credits, and were uncaring about the fact that it was an error.

    Could I forgive the error and use it anyway? Maybe, but not when they also treat me this way.

    Ultimately, when not erroring, it did turn a couple images into webp and smaller.
