woocommerce not sending order emails

    Hi, i am no longer getting order emails and same for customers they are not receiving order confirmation emails, also nothing in spam folders, i installed WP Mail logging plugin and i have done a few test orders to see anything in email log but nothing in email log. also installed WP Mail SMTP and i got this :

    Heads up! The last email your site attempted to send was unsuccessful.

  • You will probably have to set up the connection to GMail for sending emails in WP Mail SMTP again. According to the message, the login data there that would be used for sending is incorrect. If you have any questions about this, I would recommend the WP Mail SMTP support forum: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/

    i only installed WP Mail SMTP? plugingg to check error logs etc, i really dont want to use these plugins and would like to go back to standard email which were sent from woocommerce whenever i received orders. i am not sure why its not sending emails out now. also with wp mail logging plugin its not showing any email logs . also somewhere i ve read saying you should have your domain email i.e [email protected] in woocommerce email settings but i have been using my standard gmail and order emails were sent to admin and customer without any issues.

    Hi everyone,

    Bojan , threadi thank you guys for your guidance, i installed Easy WP Mail SMTP and connected it through my hosting domain email. i used the ssl/tsl one of these did not work, but just cant remember which one did and i did a test email and also test order which sent email order confirmation to both admin and customer. thanks
