Data Error in Search Console

Hi @imsophiegraham, thanks for getting in touch and sharing the information you have. To determine more on this, please share the following:

1. Your?Site Health information. You can?use this form?to share privately if preferred.?
2. Do you have any other WordPress sites on the same hosting platform? If so please check whether the same occurs.
3. When checking the Site Kit dashboard from a Chrome browser?incognito window?does the same occur? If so, please share any?browser console errors?that appear.?
4. Do you see any warnings or errors when checking your Site Health status? (Tools > Site Health > Status), which differs from your Site Health information previously shared.

Could I also check if you have since checked your site in Search Console to see if you can verify it once more? One other option you could also try is performing a Site Kit reset. After performing the reset, you can try setting up the plugin once more. Do you encounter the same issue after trying this?

Thank you for getting back to me so quickly.

1. I have filled in the top form and sent it to you.
2. I don’t have another site hosted on wordpress
3. Yeah, the same error occurs. There are lots of browser errors… (see below)
4. No, all looks the same as it was before.
5. All is good on the search console it states im the owner etc.
6. I have tried the reset and no change. I think its to do with being hosted on Hostgator and Cloudflare as this issue wasn’t here before I added Cloudflare but im new to this stuff so not sure why. Thank you

There seems to be multiple errors

@imsophiegraham No problem at all and thanks for sharing all of the information. It doesn’t appear that the Site Health shared correctly so could you please try one more time?

It’s possible as you say that there could be a conflict with Cloudflare causing this so let’s next try temporarily pausing Cloudflare. Could you try this and once more check Site Kit from an Incognito browser so see if you are encountering the same?

@adamdunnage I just tried incognito and the same issue is there?

@imsophiegraham Thanks for trying this and sorry to hear this didn’t work. Could you please try following the troubleshooting steps here to see if you encounter the same issue while in troubleshooting mode with just Site Kit active?

Could you also check your Cloudflare SSL setting and confirm what this is set to? Does changing this have any impact on the issue you are facing with Site Kit?
