    Hi so I just purchased the videopress not from within my site but from outside where you download it as a zip and I followed the instructions to install plugin and it says file is too big.

    I also think I may have used a diffrent email to purchase it than I use for my existing jetpack account. I need some help here or a refund and will purchase it again from inside my dashboard.

    I see from our records that the Jetpack VideoPress plugin is properly installed and connected on your site. Can you please tell me if you’re still having the same issue or if you were able to solve it by yourself?
