    Itis a paid version. and In that link i can not log in. And i cant reset the password

    Oh i see, please use the presale section to contact us. In the presale question please include your license key to move the pre sale question into a support ticket.

    Also in the support ticket please detail the issue regarding you can’t reset the password (like are you not getting the email) and also detail the issue that you are having with the plugin.

    Sorry for that, I am not sure which email you are referring to, there is no direct email to contact support.

    Also saying that i am not working (ignoring how rude that is) is not right as i have been answering you. Maybe not at the speed you would want (which i apologize for that) but I do what i can.

    Anyway, i think you are talking about a different plugin not the pdf builder as i couldn’t find your license number and also the screenshot that you send me is not for the support page of the pdf builder so could you tell me which plugin you are talking about so i can refund it?

    I see sure, could you just try one more time to reset your password or create a presale question? Since this is the forum for https://wooinvoice.rednao.com/ i was checking that site but looks like the issue was on the rednao site. The issue should be fixed now.
