Also saying that i am not working (ignoring how rude that is) is not right as i have been answering you. Maybe not at the speed you would want (which i apologize for that) but I do what i can.
Anyway, i think you are talking about a different plugin not the pdf builder as i couldn’t find your license number and also the screenshot that you send me is not for the support page of the pdf builder so could you tell me which plugin you are talking about so i can refund it?
