    Hello,

I reopen this threat as the previous one was marked as resolved even though it was not.

The sale prices we display on our website are rounded so that decimals are not displayed. I noticed that Product Feed Pro was including decimals, so I changed the “Sale Price” value to “Sale Price Rounded” in the Field Mapping.

However, “Sale Price Rounding” is not rounding the prices but only removing one of the decimals (e.g. 177.10 is replaced by 177.1).

The Support Team assured they’d raise this with their developers as it was identified as a bug, and suggested to try older versions of the plugin or try out the other rounded options, none of which worked, as the bug seems to come from far.

The problem is this is causing havoc on our Google Merchant Center products as there is no match between prices.

Any clue when the new version of the plugin will be available?

    Thanks

    Hi @kiburisa ,

Sorry to hear about that; there’s currently no ETAs but the bug is on our current sprint so the fix for this will be released on the next version.

What I suggest doing as a temporary measure is to use CSV format and stop the auto update for Merchant Centre.

When the CSV format is ready use something like Excel or Google Sheets to round off the pricing columns. After that, import the CSV file to the merchant center

    Hello,

I just checked this again and it seems to be rounding the prices now, but the number it rounds to adds the decimals .00 (for example, 172.90 is rounded to 173.00, which still doesn’t match 173).

Is there a way to fix this?

    Thank you

    Hello,

Unfortunately, the solution you propose doesn’t work properly either. The CSV export is wrong and incorrectly separates some rows not escaping correctly some description fields with special characters, which makes the process even more complicated.

I have found a temporary solution by modifying your code, but this is a significant error because it directly affects the performance of Google Merchant and modifying the code to perform a rounding does not seem to be a very complex task, I recommend you address it sooner than later.

    Kind regards
