Mismatch in numbers of New Report Dashboad and Legacy Report

    We have been trying to use new reports dashboard but the total revenue reported there is incorrect.
    What could be wrong.

    Hi @ojasya,

    Glad you reached out! Happy to help with this one.

    Every so often, the forms can get out of sync with the payment gateways, to solve this, go to Donations → Tools → Data. Navigate to Recount Stats. In the dropdown, choose?Recalculate Total Donation Revenue Amount.

    Thanks a lot for your reply.
    I did what you suggested.. but it didn’t the issue .

    Can I do something and regenerate tables? perhaps that would fix issue?
