Cannot connect to business Instagram (not appearing as an account)

    Hello,

    I am trying to connect my business instagram account to my blog via jetpack. When I click on the connect instagram option it allows me to sign in to Facebook but when it shows available instagram accounts it only shows one, my Facebook account however has multiple business accounts within it – I have checked everything I can imagine and all accounts seem to be setup the same, yet jetpack still only sources one account to connect to? It’s showing my main business instagram but not the one I wish to use which is managed under the same Facebook account.

    Hi @bradclarkuk,

    Can you please check if the desired Instagram business account, is linked to a Facebook Page you manage. Double-check the permissions for the account in the Facebook settings to ensure Jetpack has access.
